Minitrewards terms and conditions

Thank you for choosing to join the Nittany MinitMart MinitRewards Program (the "Program"). By downloading and using the Nittany MinitRewards App (the "App") or participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). The Terms govern your use of the App, your participation in the Program, and any rewards, points, or services provided therein.
If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use or access the App or participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must meet the following requirements:

Be a legal resident of the United States.

Be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to participate.

Have a valid, active email address and phone number.

Have access to a smartphone device with the ability to download the App from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Nittany MinitMart reserves the right to verify your eligibility and to revoke access to the Program if any criteria are not met.
2. Enrollment
Eligible participants may enroll in the Program by downloading the App and completing the required registration form. By registering, you represent that you are the account holder for the information provided. After registration is complete, you will be eligible to receive a one-time $0.25 per gallon discount on up to 20 gallons of fuel. This discount is valid for 14 days after registration.
3. Earning Points and Fuel Discounts
3.1 Fuel Discounts:

Registered customers will earn a $0.05 per gallon discount on up to 20 gallons of fuel once per day.

To redeem fuel discounts, customers must enter their 10-digit phone number at the gas pump when prompted.
3.2 Points:

Customers earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible in-store purchases. Exclusions apply.

Customers earn 5 points for every gallon of fuel purchased.

Points are valid for one year from the date earned. Additional points may be offered on select promotional items.
3.3 Exclusions:
Points cannot be earned on the following items: alcohol, tobacco, dairy products, lottery tickets, gift cards, money orders, or any other items excluded by law or store policy.
4. Rewards
Points accumulated in the Program can be redeemed for eligible rewards through the App. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for monetary equivalents.
4.1 Birthday Reward:
Members will receive a free pizza slice at the start of their birthday month, redeemable during that month only.
4.2 Club Rewards:

Coffee Club: For every 7 coffees purchased, you will receive one any-size coffee free.

Pizza Club: For every 10 pizzas purchased, you will receive one large 1-topping pizza free.

Breakfast Sandwich Club: For every 10 breakfast sandwiches purchased, you will receive one free bacon or sausage muffin.

Fountain Drink Club: For every 7 fountain drinks purchased, you will receive one any-size fountain drink free.
5. Point Expiration and Account Inactivity
Points will expire 12 months from the date earned. If your account remains inactive (i.e., no points earned or redeemed) for 9 consecutive months, Nittany MinitMart reserves the right to deactivate your account and forfeit all accumulated points.
6. Redemption of Rewards

Rewards can only be redeemed through the App at participating Nittany MinitMart locations.

Rewards are personal to the account holder and may not be sold, transferred, or shared with others.

Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.

Points or rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offers.
7. Modification and Termination of Program
Nittany MinitMart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. Changes may include alterations to point earnings, redemption values, or eligibility requirements. In the event of Program termination, any unused points or rewards will expire on the termination date and will not be redeemable thereafter.
8. Account Security and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. Nittany MinitMart is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. You agree to immediately notify Nittany MinitMart of any unauthorized use or breach of security. Nittany MinitMart shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your login information. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Nittany MinitMart or any other party resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.
9. Program Communication
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to receive transactional, promotional, and informational messages via email, SMS, or push notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications by adjusting your account preferences in the App, but this may limit your participation in the Program.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nittany MinitMart is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program or use of the App. This includes but is not limited to any errors in the accumulation, redemption, or tracking of points and rewards.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nittany MinitMart, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the Program, use of the App, or breach of the Terms.
12. Termination of Participation
Nittany MinitMart reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program if you violate the Terms or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities. If your account is terminated, all points and rewards will be forfeited, and you will not be allowed to re-enroll in the Program.
13. Modifications to Terms
The Terms may be updated from time to time. If any changes are made, you will be notified via the App or by email, and continued use of the App or participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your participation in the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Each party will bear their own costs for arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. By participating in the Program, you waive the right to bring claims in court or as part of any class-action lawsuit. Any claims must be brought individually.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from the Program must be brought in the courts of Centre County, Pennsylvania.
16. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Nittany MinitMart Privacy Policy, which can be found at [Insert Link]. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
17. General Provisions
Nittany MinitMart may assign its rights and obligations under the Terms to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If any provision of the Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect. The failure of Nittany MinitMart to enforce any right or provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
