NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND DOES NOT AND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. TERMS AND PRIZES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

 

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Nittany MinitMart 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) consists of a random draw sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes starts on June 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 AM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes provides entrants with sweepstake entries for the opportunity to win the prize set forth below.  By participating, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Nittany Oil Company, Inc. (“Sponsor”) which shall be final and binding in all respects.

 

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are at least age 21 at the time of entry and have a valid, registered Nittany MinitRewards® loyalty account with a valid email address linked to the account (the “Participants”). To open a free, Nittany MinitRewards® loyalty account, visit any Nittany MinitMart location and ask to join or go to https://www.nittanyminitmart.com and click on “join.”  Employees of Sponsor and of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Milk, eggs, lottery, money orders, gift cards, alcohol and other age-restricted items are not considered qualifying purchases.

 

TO ENTER: Participants can receive a total maximum of two (2) entries per day with a maximum total of one hundred sixteen (116) entries by the close of the Sweepstakes Period regardless of which entry method used as provided below. Obtain entries as follows:

 

1. Method One:  One (1) entry will be provided for visiting a Nittany MinitMart convenience store and purchasing any item inside the store or fuel entering the phone number associated with a valid, registered Nittany MinitRewards® loyalty account.  A maximum of two (2) entries per person, per day.  Alcohol and other age-restricted items are not considered qualifying purchases.

2. Method Two: Download and register for the Nittany MinitMart mobile app to receive one (1) daily digital scratch-off game play for a chance to instantly win a food prize. Eligible participants may access one scratch-off opportunity per day through the app during the promotional period. Available prizes include Brownie Bites, Cookie Dough Bites, Funnel Cake Fries, Signature Mozzarella Sticks, and one Slice of Pepperoni Pizza. Winners will be notified immediately through the app and must redeem prizes in through use of the loyalty rewards in store.

3. Method Three:  Entries may be received without a purchase, by completing the form located on nittanyminitmart.com or through the Nittany MinitMart app.  A maximum of one (1) entry per day.

4. Method Four: Enter by following Nittany MinitMart on designated social media platforms and participating in promotional activities as announced on Nittany MinitMart's official social media channels. Entry opportunities, requirements, and deadlines will be specified in each promotional post. 

 

 

 

ENTRY GUIDELINES: An entry will not be eligible to win if the Nittany MinitRewards® loyalty account to which the entry is linked does not have a valid email address. To ensure that you have registered a valid email address, review your profile at nittanyminitmart.com. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Participant, to obtain entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void that Participant’s excess entries and Participant may be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used that is linked to the registered Nittany MinitRewards® loyalty account will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Eligibility determinations are subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

 

WINNER VERIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION:  A Participant who is randomly selected as the potential winner (a “Potential Winner”) will not be awarded any prize, even after being notified as Potential Winner, unless and until the Potential Winner’s eligibility has been verified. Potential Winner will be notified via email and/or telephone. If the Potential Winner is deemed ineligible or does not respond in a timely manner, an alternate winner may be selected and notified.  The Potential Winner will be announced through Nittany MinitMart web site and social media pages.  A Potential Winner must complete and submit all necessary paperwork, such as a verification of eligibility and identity or any liability or publicity release, within five (5) days the date of notification in order to be certified as the winner of the Sweepstakes drawing.  If a Potential Winner fails to respond to any notification attempt or return verification documents within the time period specified by Sponsor, or if any attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, or an undeliverable or other error message is received by Sponsor from the Potential Winner’s internet service provider—even if sent by the internet service provider in error and even if the notice is actually received thereafter, the Potential Winner will be disqualified and forfeit the Prize (defined below). All decisions of Sponsor shall be binding and final.

 

PRIZE:  A total of up to Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750) in prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes consist of:

• Two (2) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) Nittany MinitMart Gift Card valued at Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $250 each; Total ARV: $500).

• Instant Win Food Prizes: Seventy-Five (75) Participants may win various food items through the Nittany MinitMart mobile app daily scratch-off promotion. Available food prizes include Brownie Bites, Cookie Dough Bites, Funnel Cake Fries, Signature Mozzarella Sticks, and a Slice of Pepperoni Pizza each with a retail value $5.00.  The total aggregate value of all food prizes awarded during the promotion will not exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) ARV.

The total combined Approximate Retail Value of all prizes available in this Sweepstakes is Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750). No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Gift cards are subject to all terms and conditions imposed by the issuer.

The winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) on the value of the Prize, and, if applicable, will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of the Prize.  Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

 

ODDS:  Odds of winning the Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

 

PRIZE PRESENTATION:  The Prize will be formally presented to the winner at Nittany Oil Company, Inc., located at 1540 Martin Street, State College, Pennsylvania. At the prize presentation the winner will be responsible to pay the taxes on the Prize.  

 

GENERAL: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on each prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.  Potential Winners may be required to sign and return a liability or publicity release prior to awarding of the Prize. Acceptance of the Prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner’s name, voice, address (city and state only), likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, except where prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to release Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, and its respective advertising, promotion and production agencies (the “Sweepstake Entities”) from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property, including but not limited to damage to reputation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, which may be sustained in connection with acceptance or use of the Prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. Winner acknowledges that the Sweepstakes Entities have not made and are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.  Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of Prize

WINNERS’ LIST: For the list of winners of the Nittany MinitMart 2026 Sweepstakes, send a request in writing by February 1, 2027 to Nittany MinitMart 2026 Sweepstakes Winners’ List, 1540 Martin St, State College, PA 16803, Attn: Marketing with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
